January - April: 3 night minimum stay
May - September: 7 night minimum stay
October - December: 3 night minimum stay

All major holidays and Lake Placid events (Horse-show, Iron Man, International Children's Games, and other sporting events) will be $1,400/night.

Summer months are $1,250/night
Fall and Winter months are $1,000/night

Longer term rentals can be discussed.
